Beaver Mines Lake Fishing Tips
There is a campground right by the lake and if you can get the spots by the water. This way you can fish right from your campground spot. The spots further from the lake usually have a lot of mosquitos.
In addition to the rainbow, both bull and brown trout can also be encountered at Beaver Mines Lake. Try using PowerBait or worms to catch trout there. Like the rest of the Pincher Creek area, this lake can get pretty windy.
A lot of people park and fish right at the beginning of the lake on the west side, but if you want to avoid the crowds drive a little further along the shore and park at the last parking lot.
