This is a small fishing spot that is usually stocked with rainbow trout. It is located just 51 km north of Calgary. There are reports of carp in this pond as well.
Due to its small size, Crossfield Trout Pond is only a good place for fishing in early summer after the trout gets released into this pond. Later in the summer, it gets pretty fished out because of its close proximity to Calgary and Airdrie.
