Elbow River Fishing

Elbow River starts at Elbow Lake in Kananaskis Country and flows toward Calgary where it combines with Bow River near Calgary Zoo.

It also feeds Glenmore Reservoir in Calgary which is a popular pike fishing spot.

The most productive portion of Elbow River is between Glenmore Reservoir and Bow River. One of the most popular fly fishing spots is located just down from the Glenmore Dam.
