Mons Lake is located 128 km NE of Edmonton.
You can catch perch and pike here. This lake has a small campground and boat launch.
Mons lake is also a popular spot for water sports and can get pretty loud and crowded on the weekends.
There is also a swimming area and a small beach but watch out for blue-green algae, especially towards the end of the summer.
