Pine Coulee Reservoir (PCR) is a popular fishing spot for catching walleye and pike.
In 2021 Pine Coulee Reservoir was stocked with rainbow trout (~38,000 fish) and it looks like there is a plan to convert it into a trout lake.
There was also a significant change in regulations and as of April 2022, fishing is only allowed from April 1 to October 31. So no more ice fishing at PCR…
With new changes, you can only keep one trout over 50 cm so it will likely take some time for the trout that was released in 2021 to reach legal size.
The last big change is that you are not allowed to use bait at Pine Coulee anymore.
