Utikuma is a large lake located about 340 km north of Edmonton and 30 km from Lesser Slave Lake.
It is popular in the winter and has perch, walleye, pike, whitefish, and burbot.
However, it is a pretty shallow lake with a max depth of 5.5 m which makes it susceptible to winter kills.
